Hemis to Zangla by Junglam
This trek can start from one of three neighbouring Himalayan villages, *Hemis, Martsalang, or Zengchan. It enters the famous Markha Valley in Zangskar via Junglam pass, which is open only for a month. In summer this route is closed due to water crossing and in winter heavy snowfall.
Good Time: September or October.
Duration: 10-11 days
